For Parents, Carers and Educators

SUPPORT FOR PARENTS & EDUCATORS

When you’re holding a lot, you don’t have to do it alone.

Supporting a child or young person who is struggling can feel relentless.

You might be navigating anxiety, school struggles, or emotional overwhelm, while also trying to manage your own thoughts, reactions, and energy.

At times, you may feel:

  • unsure what to do next
  • caught between what the child needs and what the system expects
  • stretched, frustrated, or quietly overwhelmed

This space is for all of that.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF SUPPORT

This is not about giving you more strategies or telling you how to “fix” things.

It’s a space to:

  • pause and think clearly again
  • make sense of what’s really going on
  • reflect on both your experience and the wider context
  • begin to respond in ways that feel more grounded and aligned

Because what you’re navigating is not just individual — it’s relational and systemic.

  • feel more grounded in themselves

WHERE THIS CAN BEGIN

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
